I went to Spinell at Orchard Central with my secondary school classmates yesterday for a gathering . When we first arrived , we settled in and ordered our drinks. 

I was amazed by the attitude they given me while serving me! They were rather polite towards me and they had the patience to wait for my order as I took a long time to think of what I wanted to order.
As I sat there and had my drink, I was amazed by their friendliness as they approached me and asked whether I wanted anything else.
I strongly recommend people to go there if you are looking for good customer service.

Last Sunday it was my aunt's birthday , we wanted to celebrate it differently this year so we decided to have dinner at this East Coast Park Hawker Centre . As soon as we arrived , we were lucky enough to get a seat right after a group of teenagers left . The cleaners immediately came and cleared the table ready for us to sit . So we settled down and went off to buy food so everyone went and ordered their favorite dish . I went to order five plates of Hokkien noodles for everyone but i could not carry back to out table . The stall assistance offered me her help and carried some plates back for me . My brother went and ordered chilli crab which took quite a while to prepare . The stall assistance personally carried the chilli crab to our table instead . After finishing our dinner , we could not finish the chilli and decided to pack it up and bring it home . I carried it to the stall where we bought the crab and asked the stall assistance to help us pack it up . She gladly packed the  crab into a plastic box and handed back to me with a smile . I feel even though this was a hawker centre , the service provided by them does not lose to the standard of restaurants . I hope they will maintain this wonderful service .

Char-grilled bar

i went to have dinner with my friends after going to the internet cafe at cityvibe today. we were looking for a place in the coffee shop when our eyes came upon this stall named, char grilled bar. this is a stall which sells western food. we thought that this shop seems to be nice, therefore, we settled down in the coffee shop, putting our bags down and after that went to the stall to order our food. i had a hard time choosing the two sidelines. i was unsure of what to do order. the staff who was taking my food was impatient. he could not wait for me to finish my order. that was what irritated me. but in the end, i ordered the char grilled chicken with two sidelines. it was like normal western food stall prices, so it was rather acceptable. they give me a number and told me the exact amount of time that i have to wait for my food, which is 15mins. i went back to my seat, chatting with my friends after they have ordered finish thier food from char grilled bar too. we talked and talked, while waiting for the time to pass by so that our food would arrive. it was by then we found out that they are taking too long. it was like 45 mins have passed and they have no served our food yet. we were getting really pissed off by that moment of time. we went there and asked the person if our food is ready. they checked the list and to our astonishment, they have not prepare our food yet. they say that they have to prepare a guy's food which has many orders. we were shocked. aren;t they supposed to prepare our food first when the guy who bought a lot of food should be after us? is it like the more food you buy, they would put the priority to the one. that is completed bias. they didnt apologise. they only tell us to wait a bit more. we were very angry with them. we asked how long more we should wait and they say that they will prepare our food immediately and told us to wait another 15minutes more. it was not soon after that we got impatient because we waited for another half an hour. we asked for refund and they refused. we could not do anything and we end up going home famished and felt that we have wasted our money and time at that char grilled bar stall...bad customer service is what makes customers not to choose to buy from that shop.no matter how good your food taste like and how well the shop is decorated, we cannot change the fact that good customer service will make the stall more successful and more well known. hope that this stall can improve on their customer service and i wish them all the best.

'Transitlink' customer service review

Hi reader, it’s been a long day for me yesterday. After having lessons from morning till evening, I can finally go home. However, before heading home, I have to take a bus from my school to Choa Chu Kang Interchange to renew my bus concession. 


As it was during the peak hour when I arrived at Choa Chu Kang, there were a lot of people. There was a long queue at the customer service counter, I joined in the line and waited patiently. It was not long before it finally reaches my turn. 

Perhaps it was due to the long period and having to serve many people; the staff who served me at the service counters looks unhappy and impatient. She didn’t bother to serve with a smile, it was an unpleasant experience for me and the other customers.

I hope they will improve their service by being more positive, serve with a smile.

Comfort Cab Customer Service

Good morning readers! Many people may not have notice but when you take taxi out, the taxi driver is one of the customer service that you can look out for. 

















There was once where I was late for school. My friend and I hence decided to take a taxi. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, we couldn't flag a taxi because it was peak period and many working adults was rushing for work. So, we call for a taxi which was SMRT company. We were given a taxi number which will arrive in 5-10 minutes, however when we see the taxi coming, the taxi did not stop at where we were waiting. Instead, it drove away. 

















I thought that, it was okay, the taxi will come back again. But it did not! My friend called SMRT company but no one picked up the phone call. Finally, a taxi from Comfort Cab who was not busy or hired by other customers was seen, so we board it instead. The taxi driver was really friendly. He told us to call and cancel the taxi and said a lot of jokes that cheered my friend and I up. 

The first incident of SMRT Taxi showed me really bad customer service. The taxi driver did not wait at the place where he is supposed to pick us up and he did not bother to call us to ask where were we. Instead, the second incident of Comfort Cab showed me good customer service where the taxi driver talked to ask, asked us questions. He even asked my friend and I to call SMRT company to cancel the taxi booking when we told him about SMRT Taxi which drove away without us. 

Well, many people may not think that this is one of the customer service showed. But I feel that it is a very good example where we can find customer service easily.

Seoul Garden Customer Service Review

 Hello! Good evening readers! How was your day today? Have you ate your dinner already? I hope you had your dinner already! Today I went to eat Seoul Garden with my friends at Clementi Mall!






As you know, most branches of Seoul Garden is more of self service where you go up to the counter and get the ingredients yourself. But for Clementi Mall Branch, you order the food through the computer! I feel that it's so cool.
When we settle down, first serving of ingredients was served. To be serious, I didn't know there was a first serving because the lady serving us did not inform us about it.

Subsequently, when I order the food, the ingredients came up almost immediately although it was so crowded. However, the computer, where we order the ingredients, is always having problems and when we call for the bill when we ate finish, it took about 5 to 10 minutes for the manager to send the bill to us. But the manager did apologise for the delay as well, so I was quite satisfied with the service.

It was my first time to dine in Clementi Mall Seoul Garden, but I feel happy eating there, because, despite of the computer system and the wait for the bill, the manager did know about the problem and apologized to us. This shows that Seoul Garden workers are looking at the areas where they need more improvements.

And buttons for waiter attention and the calling for bill is there so that if customers need any help, the waiter or waitress will then be a click away! :)

Yesterday we went to Uniqlo at ION Orchard to do some shopping . When we entered the shop , we were warmly greeted by the staff . As we walked around to look at the clothing , one of the staff would follow behind us wherever we go . She wants to be there whenever we need help and assistance . A denim shorts caught my attention and i wanted to get it , so i asked her for my size and she went to the storeroom to get it immediately . She returned quickly with the right size for me , i looked at the shorts and decided to have a try . She showed me the way to the fitting room and waited outside the fitting room for me . Unfortunately , the shorts was a little big for my size . She went back to the storeroom to get another size for me again , i tried the second time and it was the perfect size . I decided to buy the denim shorts down and she showed me to the counter . Just when we are about to leave the shop , she thanked us for shopping at Uniqlo and smiled . It was her good service that played a part when i wanted to buy the shorts . I feel the customer service of Uniqlo is excellent at any branches . I hope this great service can be maintained for the years to come .

good bus service.

the bus stop at my house there is always crowded. people rush and push in order to get up to the bus so that they would not be late for school or their work. knowing that the bus stop at our house is always packed, the smrt occasionally will send one personnel down to help control the human traffic. personnel will only appear when there is a serious traffic jam. i think that the customer service provided by smrt is worth praising for. they know that the bus stop is crowded and people gets rowdy and easily agitated. people needs directions and instructions sometimes.  after the personnel is there to guide the people up, the human congestion has been reduced a lot. good customer service provided by the smrt has improved the situation. therefore, i think that smrt  has done a good job.

Dental clinic customer review:D


When was your last visit to a dentist? 

I believe you guys will agree with me that finding a good dental clinic in Singapore can be a frustrating endeavour. And since everyone will want to find a dental clinic which has good service and also reasonable pricing, it will be even harder.

Hence, I shall introduce one that I went to on Saturday with my mother, which is located at Chua Chu Kang. It is called the ‘British dental’ ! To be honest, I am actually afraid of going to dentist from young, hence when my mother told me, I was procrastinating whether to go. However I decided to go since it has been long since i last had my teeth checked. And since we have made an appointment with the dentist, we do not have to wait for our turn when we arrive. 

The dentist was friendly and seems like a professional one. The moment i entered the room, she can tell that I am afraid as I showed a little fear on my face, so she comforted me and told me that it will be fast and it will not hurt. Indeed, she showed her professional skill, she polished my tooth efficiently and effectively. I am glad to be able to visit this dental clinic. (:

SMRT's Customer service

          Good evening everyone! It’s nice to see you again! It has been a tiring week for students in Ngee Ann to do tons of assignments. Normally, while we are going to school in the morning, we will usually fall asleep in the bus.  This will in turn makes our journey a pleasant one, doesn’t it?

          However, I encounter a situation which was an unpleasant one. I remembered it was on a tiring night when I was on my way back home from hospital as I was visiting my dad. I boarded the bus 61 when to my way back home. The bus driver seems to be very pissed off, and I’m not sure what’s going on so I didn’t bother.
          As I was walking to the seats, the bus driver drove the car without letting other passengers to sit before driving. Some of them shows their dissatisfactory by complaining to their friends loudly. The bus driver seems to be very irritated as I can see from the mirror. If his looks could kill, I would have been withered there and then.
          At a stop when he stopped his bus, an old man was boarding this bus. He walked slowly and then went to the available seats behind. However, here comes the problem with the attitude given by the bus driver.
 Below is the conversation between the bus driver and the uncle:
Bus driver: “Hey uncle, don’t walk here and there, sit in the front. Later you fall down I won’t be responsible for it.”
Uncle was looking clueless, because there are no empty seats at the front row.
Uncle: “Sorry, but…”
The uncle even has not finished what he wanted to say, the rude bus driver interrupted.
Bus driver: “You know is very troublesome for bus driver like us to wait, go and find a place to sit la!”

        A bus driver treated a senior citizen like this is obviously ill-mannered. I was wondering what kind of customer service he was offering to us. Furthermore, he drove the vehicle when the door is still open and the passengers just boarded the bus. This is a very dangerous act as many of them were not standing still.
        Hence, I feel that the bus company should train or give some talks regarding on good customer service and this kind of cases may reduce.

Yesterday , my friends and i went to Fred Perry located at Cineleisure Orchard. When we first entered the shop, we saw two staff tending the store. So we went in to have a look at their products. While we were looking, we were not served by any staff. They merely stand there and looked at us. We continued to look at their products and wanted to try a particular product. We asked for assistance but they only attended to us awhile later. I asked for a XL size shirt for my friend and the staff went into the storeroom to get the shirt for us. He took quite a while to just get the shirt, we did not want the shirt already. I feel that their services could be better and have more room for improvement.

SingTel Customer Service Review


HI reader, I just came back home! (: 

I went Jurong Point with my family for dinner and went to shop around. After dinner, we went to the SingTel shop as my father has some enquiries regarding his phone’s plan. When we were in the shop, a friendly salesman approached us. Having a friendly and knowledgeable salesman to serve you really help you in solving all enquiry one have. 

The salesman patiently explains the plan that my father is currently using. And at the same time, he introduces to my father the new plans the company is having and the details of it as my father’s plan will be due soon. In the end, he successfully convinced my father to renew with the new plan he has introduced, both parties will satisfied.

When leaving the shop, my family was greeted goodbye by the salesman. It’s glad that SingTel has such wonderful salesman that will help maintain the good reputation they have.


In conclusion, SingTel customer service was great as it provide us with the basic services that a shop required. My family and I will continue supporting SingTel. (:

i travel to school everyday. i have to switch two bus and i always go to the boon lay bus interchange to switch my bus.there is always a long queue at the buzz shop in boon lay bus interchange. the buzz shop sells almost everything. foods, tidbits, drinks and even newspapers. although it is very squeezy and cramped inside, but the variety of things sold there is a lot. when i enter the shop, there is one lady, who seems to be an assistant, asked me what i am looking for. i think this kind of service is very good. it is worth praising for. the assistant will ask me what i want and she will search high and low for the product which i want to buy. this is saves time and will definitely help reduce the human congestion outside the shop. although i rejected her help, she still gives me a smile and quickly went over to help other people.the price are also indicated on the the product itself. unlike other shop, one who wants to purchase the product, have to go to the counter itself to ask for the price.i think that buzz shop will be the next upcoming shop which will overtake 7 eleven and cheers. this shop provides better customer service and have lower prices compared to the 2 shops. good customer service wins over everything.

Bad Customer Service

Good morning readers! I would like to share a video on bad customer service!

This video is about Mr Bean wanting to buy this mug but however, the saleslady did not welcome him properly and just concentrated on talking on the phone. He have to find ways to attract her attention and... well, watch the video to find out yourself! :)

 Last Saturday , 3 of my friends and I went to this Asian Market Cafe for a high tea buffet . When we first arrived at the restaurant , we were greeted by 3 staff with a warm welcome . We were ushered to our table and we are ready to EAT ! We took the plates and went around taking our food , the chiefs served us with a smile . While we were eating at our table , the staff came and served us tea and constantly came to refill our tea . Each time we leave our table to get more food , the staff would clear away our plates without fail to let us have enough space to place our new plates . We stayed at the restaurant till 4.30pm and left , the staff ushered us to the entrance and bid us farewell . I feel the customer service here is excellent because the staff who serves to customers always serves with a smile and let us feel a very comfortable while dining .

'Shop N Save' customer service

          Hello everyone!! Yesterday, I just went to Shop N Save to buy household items. Looking around, many people were either pushing their trolley or carrying heavy baskets.

          While walking, I heard a new theme song playing in the shop. It is the new theme song that advertises in TV before. I saw a cashier and team leader trying to dance while the music is on. Some customers were laughing. This probably live ups the atmosphere in the shop that all the customers can feel. 
         While queuing up, I saw a cashier was explaining in detailed about the offer/discounted products to a customer. I feel that she’s a very professional employee as she knows how to clear customer’s doubt appropriately and have tolerance with her customers. This indeed makes our life easier when having any doubts.

          She greeted every customers whoever she served.  This makes a customer, like me, to feel at ease when purchasing things. This is because I have once been to a XXXX supermarket, whereby the cashier was very rude when serving teenagers. They think that teenagers won’t care about their customer services. Hence they treated us with adults so differently that makes my jaws dropped.

          This lady served my mum and I with its most professional services that I’m so impressed about. Hence, I recommend all the readers do check out at the Shop N Save in Westmall basement. See you soon guys, have a nice day!! J

VANS






































Good evening all readers! I been wanting to go shopping for shoes since mine was spoilt for a long time and yet I didn't get the time to go shop for it. However, I managed to find some time to go Cineleisure Orchard to shop around. Then I went into the shop: Vans!

When I first went in, although it's very crowded, the sales women and men said "Welcome" to me. Then I looked around and asked to try the shoes. The sales woman went into the store room with a smile and came out, giving me the shoes and the size that I want. Even when I asked to check the shoes if there is any areas where it is spoilt, she allowed me to do it openly.

What I liked about customer services is that the sales women and men will allow us to check the items, and they don't follow you around like as if they treated you as thieves. It's really nice to see customer services that awesome :) I really hope to blog about some bad customer services shops. Hopefully, I will come across these shops soon!

Bugis shopping service review

Like any other girls, I am also a shopaholic!!(: I LOVE shopping, buying clothes and more clothes!:D

Today, I went to Bugis Street, a famous and the largest shopping street in Singapore with my friends. It’s a place which has over 600 shops of funky fashion and stuffs, where you can shop till you drop!! Hence I love going there for nice, fashion and most importantly cheap clothes. 


However, since their clothes are sold at cheaper price as compared from those selling in the shopping malls, the service and attitudes from the staffs in the shops are definitely inferior. What makes me say that? There’s definitely a reason for it. The reason why I mentioned this is due to the bad attitude that a staff gave us when we approached one of the shops there. 

The moment we step in, the staff in the shop didn’t even greet us with a smile. But we didn’t really mind, and started browsing the shelves hopping for something nice. However as we are looking through, we felt someone glaring at us, it was very uncomfortable. We felt annoyed as we thinks that the staff should approached us to assist us in selecting the clothes we want and not treat us like criminals under surveillance. We were frustrated and hence left the shop.

One bad service shop doesn’t mean that all the other shops are also bad; we met several nice service staffs from different shops too. So overall I will still visit there for more clothes!:D

mind cafe

me and my friends were out celebrating two of my friend's birthday when we walked past a shop named mind cafe. i was located at around clark quay. we were outside there thinking whether we should go in. the personal inside immediately came out and greeted us and asked if we want to go in for a try. he spoke with a very fluent english and i can see that he is very good in promoting his board games to us. being curious about what kind of board games that they have, we went inside. once we stepped inside, the atmosphere is different. it is like a place for one to relax and keep thier minds off. it is defnitely the place which we want to rest in. the board games and card games were all on the shelves, free and easy for the user to take and play. if we are sicked of that board game, we can always change it. the person who attend to us, came to us shortly. he said that he has assigned us a seat where we could sit down and play. he brought us to the seat and asked us if we wanted anything to eat. he showed us the menu and placed our orders fast and efficiently. knowing that we had 5 people and the seat only has 2 pillows, he immediately bring out 3 other pillows for us. he even asked us if they air conditioner temperature is suitable for us. we were amused by this shop's hospitality. the food we saw on the menu is also not too expensive. it is very affordable. after talking for a short while, the food came and they taste really delicious. i think that i will go to this shop someday, not because of the food and the games, but because of the good customer service that they provide that make me feel relax and enjoyable.
