'The Face Shop' customer service

Good evening everyone! It’s a nice sunny weather and I just came back home from Westmall, which is located at Bukit Batok. I love shopping, and I guess everyone does, shopping, window shopping and etc. So guys, everyone does window shopping when they are bored or they don’t feel like buying anything right? When you feel like buying and in the end you didn’t buy anything, the major problem always lies on the opposite party – sales person.
We all know that the power of speech lies on a person is very powerful. Similarly, we will buy things from shops if anyone can use their persuasiveness to convince us to buy their products. Hence when everyone seems to be hopping around I’ve seen that the sales ladies and men are trying their funny ways to persuade customers to buy their products.
Westmall is such a great example of a shopping mall to see different genre shops with different kinds of convincing methods to persuade their customers to buy their products, which mostly rely on their customer service. For example in The Face Shop, which is located a level 2 near an escalator, most of the girls and ladies love to shop at.
When I was walking towards The Face Shop, the Philippine salesgirl actually greeted my friends and me with Korean greetings “Annyeong haseiyo”, which means hello. This greeting style is quite attractive as it is hard for a person to speak or greet using foreign language. She actually introduced us the newest product in their shop which imported from Korea, and let us try out its tester and recommending us to buy. However, it is too expensive and we don’t wish to buy. Hence, she brought us to another side of the shop to try out a good product which is within our budget. She didn’t actually ignore us after we rejected the first product she recommended to us.  She also gives us a couple of products to try out which will help to remove our dirt underneath our skins. However a window shopper like us, will not purchase any products and just sampling products. While we were leaving, the salesgirl greeted us with “Annyeong” which means goodbye and said “Please come back again!” This type of heart-warming greetings really impressed me with her professionalism and her good customer service towards different consumers.

If any of you wants to buy any skincare or makeup products, I do recommend all of you to visit The Face Shop as the sales people are very professional, provide friendly and heart-warming customer services and that really impress me a lot.

Hope all of you have enjoy reading my post and we will update soon!! See you again! : D

  1. Yes I agreed with you that The Face Shop personnels do provide a good customer service as I had also visited another outlet of theirs which is situated in Bugis Junction.

I would recommend you a good dining place which provides a good service as well. It is the OLDTOWN White Coffee located at Bukit Timah. Go there and enjoy!
