Hello! A very good morning to all readers of our blog! :) Last Friday, I went out with some of my classmates to Plaza Singapura to catch a movie. Well, I bet everyone loves watching movie! So I would like to introduce the cinema: Golden Village.
Firstly, at the ticketing counter, the lady serving us, listened to what tickets we want to purchased and how many we want, carefully. Since, the movie we watching was NC16, she checked our Student pass or IC, one by one. This is a very good example of a good customer service because if someone under the age of 16 is able to walk in the theatre to watch a movie which was NC16, it showed that the people serving the ticketing counter is irresponsible for not checking the student pass or IC properly.
What is a movie without popcorn or nachos? Obviously it's so boring! The guy actually listened to our order attentively even when we keep making a lot of noises there deciding what to eat, who is buying etc etc. He didn't showed us the irritated face. This is a very good customer service! :)
So, I've introduced a movie theatre, Golden Village. Those who've nvr tried going Plaza Singapura's Golden Village, do go there the next time you want to catch a movie. The customer service there really makes my day, I hope, it'll make yours a good day as well! :)
